Pages App is powerful word-processing software and the page layout tool. You can easily create professional looking documents with the Pages App. It is supported by Mac OS and the iOS platforms. If you want to create a brochure, a letter, annual report of your company, or any other office document; Pages App can assist you.

Launch Pages App:

Well, this is customary to tell that you can access your pages app by double- clicking any Page Document. Or in the dock, click Pages icon. You may also access it through the Applications ->iWork Folder- >Pages. If you use Pages frequently, then you should create a shortcut within your reach. Get Started! You are ready to create your document now. Select either from the well-designed built-in templates or start with a Blank Document. You will notice the variety of template categories when you use Pages App as a Page Layout tool including blank, flyer, newsletter, brochures, posters, cards and invitations, business cards, certificates and miscellaneous. And for simple word processing purposes, you have blank, resumes, forms, reports, letters, envelopes, outlines and miscellaneous. You can also save some of your own templates.

Pages Interface:

Like every other application, it has a tool bar containing several buttons. It has commonly used functions and can be customized. Drag the buttons to/from the tool bar, you wish to add or remove. You can switch between different views so as to navigate between thumbnails. Search query will help you find any word or phrase in the document. You may need to understand the Style Sheets to add more beauty to your documents and use the available options effectively. Format Bar is used for the traditional text formatting .However; the page layout options need a little practice. Oh yes, you can add comments in your document. Switch to ‘Full Screen Mode’ and concentrate on your writing. When done, switch back to the normal mode and perform all the editing.
